With over 20 years of experience, Chef Pin Manmalai is the heart of NeNe. His journey began in Thailand, where he discovered a passion for Japanese cuisine, later training under master chefs in Japan and the United States. Blending traditional techniques with modern flavors, he creates dishes that are both authentic and innovative. Guided by “omotenashi,” he focuses on delivering a thoughtful, memorable dining experience for every guest.
